Good afternoon, we hope everyone is continuing to take good care and keeping safe and well.
As you will be aware from our previous notification, Harlands have frozen all direct debit collections on our behalf and these will not be reinstated until we reopen.
You do not need to cancel your direct debit, you will not be charged during our closure.
I am working on actioning refunds for those of you who have made a payment since our closure on 21st March 2020 and would ask that you bear with me on this.
A reminder also to those of you who have paid in full for swimming lessons. The payment you have made will be allocated against future lessons once we reopen.
Should you have any queries at all, please email the following address and I will respond to you personally.
Thank you all once again for your patience and understanding at this most difficult time for everybody. We look forward to welcoming you back.
As promised earlier, here is an update to all our loyal customers who pay via Direct Debit.
We have arranged for all Direct Debit collections to be frozen until further notice. Harlands have agreed to put this procedure in place for us as soon as they possibly can.
Essentially, this means that Direct Debit payments will not be collected from Thursday 26th March 2020 until our facility reopens.
Should a payment be taken Monday 23rd, Tuesday 24th or Wednesday 25th March, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and I will look into resolving this matter for you.
Once again, thank you so much for your patience and continued support.
A notice to all customers who currently pay for a Subscription by Direct Debit.
Please bear with us whilst we try to establish the best way forward with Harlands, the Company who collect payments on our behalf.
I am waiting to hear from them in this regard and as soon as I have news, I will update.
Thank you all so much for your patience at this most unexpectedly difficult time.
